*Lumen Internet On-Demand requires a Lumen Internet port under a minimum term agreement with early termination fees.

**Lumen Internet On-Demand is available in limited service areas.  Listed rates available to qualifying business customers purchasing service for an eligible, continental U.S. location. Internet On-Demand rates are an hours of capacity model whereby customer is billed for the bandwidth requested on an hourly basis regardless of utilization or actual usage. Billing begins as soon as the Internet On-Demand is activated on Lumen’s network. Internet On-Demand requires a Lumen Internet port under an agreement with a minimum term commitment and early termination fees will apply to termination of Internet ports as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Internet On-Demand rates include features listed and exclude the Internet port, optional add-on products and services, taxes and fees, which are all additional charges. Services not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Listed bandwidth varies due to conditions outside of network control, including customer location, equipment, access through a wireless connection, and is not guaranteed.
