Internet On-Demand rates are an hours of capacity model whereby customer is billed for the bandwidth requested on an hourly basis regardless of utilization or actual usage. Billing begins as soon as the Internet On-Demand is activated on Lumen’s network. Internet On-Demand requires a Lumen Internet port under an agreement with a minimum term commitment and early termination fees will apply to termination of Internet ports as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Internet On-Demand rates include features listed and exclude the Internet port, optional add-on products and services, taxes and fees, which are all additional charges.
